Cancellation Policies

• 100% of reservation fees will be charged to your method of payment at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made greater than 21 days from check-in date are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made 14-21 days from check-in date are entitled to a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less from check-in date are not entitled to a refund.

• Cancellations made on reservations booked within 7 days of check-in date are not entitled to a refund.

• Each day, Check-out is at 10:30am and Check-in starts at 4:00pm.

• Cancellations due to COVID are subject to the Cancellation Policies and timelines outlined above. If you or someone in your party tests positive for COVID and you provide proof of that positive test, we will offer a one-time reservation reschedule, any previous payment(s) will be credited toward that future reservation if we are able to re-book your townhome.

* We will strive to accommodate guests who declare a specific room number during the reservation process, however we can only guarantee the floor plan type (example: ‘Deluxe Suite’) being reserved at the time of booking.
