What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made greater than 21 days from check-in date are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14-21 days from check-in date are entitled to a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less from check-in date are not entitled to a refund.
- Cancellations made on reservations booked within 7 days of check-in date are not entitled to a refund.
- Any changes made to your reservation within these time frames will be subject to our cancellation policy.
What should I expect after I make a reservation?
- Immediately upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your check-in and check-out dates, our policies, reservation billing details, and contact information.
- At 8 AM, the morning of your arrival you will receive a text with your smart lock keypad code so you can access your unit whenever you arrive.
- Guests making same-day reservations will receive a message containing their smart lock door code as well
How do I make changes to an existing reservation?
If you need to add or remove a night(s) from an existing reservation, please contact our staff via email (contact@thegetawaybr.com) or call us at 828-237-1925. Please include your reservation number when submitting a change to any reservation.
Changing dates for an entire reservation will be subject to our cancellation policies (see FAQ item above).
